The Artist; Ellen Zeltserman was first diagnosed with Parkinson's in 1993, working until retirement, which was 1997.   She had taken decoupage lessons while still employed, and then art courses and volunteering  after retirement.  Ellen was named volunteer of the year at the Boston Center of Adult Education in 1999.
