| We think you'll find this issue on "Memory" most interesting; not only as it relates to Parkinson's, but to aging, brain development and research, and other neurological illnesses. Some of the articles are full of facts and references to aids and activities to improve memory. Others are personal accounts of how memory or cognitive issues are affected by having Parkinson's. We've even shared a few summer "memories" with you about our readers and what they did this past summer. "Clognition" is an interesting term coined by Greg Wasson, National Parkinson's Advocate and a young onset PWP that seems to best describe how we feel when we have difficulty remembering the next word in a sentence, forget our own familiy names, or just have trouble recalling simple facts. A site I highly recommend you visit is one hosted by Carey Christensen, another young onset PWP from Washington state. Pay this site a visit today: www.clognition.org .
