Pwnkle here. I recently
visited Jane and her husband M.E. in Oregon and was remarking on the
beauty around me so much that M.E. began showing me photos he had taken
in Oregon. His photographs are quite beautiful and they take photos wherever he
and Jane journey. These photographs are a collection of different views of
Oregon, from mountain to coast and tell a story on their own.
I think I'll add something
else about Jane. While visiting her for a couple of days this Winter I
learned a few things about her that I'll share with you. I know she has an
amazing spirit of adventure from reading her column here every month, but
what I didn't know before is that this lady can make unbelievably
delicious raspberry and blackberry wine. I asked her about the wines and
discovered that she not only made these light, sherry like wines, she also
picked the berries .... Wow!
She's also creative with
her cooking. I ate elk for the first time, and it was great.
Thanks Jane and M.E!
